Project Overview

Gossamer Gear is an Austin pack and ultralight brand. They were already on Shopify Plus when we started. The work has been two-plus years of making the storefront keep up with the product: PDP redesigns, a full blog restructure, and continuous optimization.

No migration story. This is what a long Plus retainer actually looks like.

The Challenge

Outdoor shoppers read a lot before they buy. Packs, shelters, and quilts need spec-heavy PDPs, field stories, and a blog that does not feel like a leftover theme section. The site had to stay fast and easy for a small team to update.

What we did

• PDP redesigns that put specs, use, and photos where a gear buyer looks
• Complete blog restructuring so stories and education are actually findable
• Ongoing theme and merchandising work as the catalog changes

Why it's on the site

We already talk about Gossamer Gear when a prospect asks for current work. It was not on the case studies page. It should be. Austin brand, Plus, multi-year.
